2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Snipper grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control.

  • Free Tier: The feature set is limited according to the free tier specifications.
  • Pro Tier: A valid Pro license key must be acquired and activated to access advanced features on the allowed number of devices for that license.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • Rent, lease, lend, or distribute the Software without explicit permission.

4. Privacy & Local-First Design

Snipper is designed with privacy in mind. Your screenshots and data are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded as part of normal capture, editing, save, or clipboard workflows. Free use stays offline. Pro connects only when you activate a license key. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
